The Affinity Project
Overview
The Affinity Project is a year-long rite of passage for 18–25 year olds, designed to support the transition into adult life with meaning, resilience, and purpose. At its heart, it blends psychology, emotional literacy, and practical life skills with community, reflection, and cultural immersion. Participants move through a journey that includes videos, group circles, retreats, 1-to-1 coaching, and ultimately a global experience, exploring key themes such as identity, needs, emotions, relationships, and direction.
Rooted in depth psychology, neuroscience, and somatic practice, the programme also draws from ancient wisdom traditions and modern research, recognising the importance of initiation and belonging in human development. By weaving together education, embodied practice, and cultural immersion, The Affinity Project helps young people to cultivate self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and adaptability. Accessibility sits at its core, with bursaries and partnerships ensuring inclusivity. The outcome is a generation of young adults ready to step into the world with confidence and responsibility.
